This website is run by C2C Gift House, Near Krishna Bhawan Hotel, Shah Inayath Masjid Complex, M G Road, Gauribidanur – 561208 ("we", "us"). By using the website or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products and prices

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include all taxes. Delivery and gift packing charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
• MRP is the maximum retail price printed by the brand. "Online price" is the price we saw on major shopping websites when we listed the item; those prices change often and are shown only for comparison.
• Weekend prices apply on Saturdays and Sundays (India time) to the products marked with a weekend price, while stock lasts.
• Product photos are for illustration. Colours and packaging may vary slightly.
• If an item is listed at a wrong price because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders and payment

• Payments are made online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking). We do not see or store your card or bank details.
• An order is confirmed only after the payment succeeds. You will see an order confirmation with an order ID.
• We may cancel an order with a full refund if an item turns out to be out of stock or the delivery address is outside our delivery area.

Use of the website

Please don't misuse the website, try to break its security, or place orders using someone else's payment details. Content and photos on this website belong to C2C Gift House or their owners and may not be copied for commercial use.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
