C2C Gift House ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website and what we do with it, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, mobile number, email, delivery address and pincode, gift message, and the items you bought.
• Payment: handled by Razorpay. We receive only the payment status and a reference ID — never your card, UPI PIN or bank details.
• On your device: your cart, wishlist and light/dark theme are saved in your browser so they're there next time. They are not sent to us.

Why we use it

• To process, pack and deliver your order and send you order updates (email / WhatsApp).
• To handle cancellations, refunds, warranty help and complaints.
• To keep accounts and meet legal and tax requirements.

We do not sell your data. We will send you offers only if you ask to join our WhatsApp deals group or opt in.

Who we share it with

Only with the services needed to run your order: Razorpay (payments), our database and email providers, and the person or courier delivering your parcel. They may use the data only for that purpose.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require (usually 8 years). You can ask us to delete other data at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by contacting us. We will reply within 30 days.
