Where we deliver

We currently deliver only to the following pincode(s): 561208 (Gauribidanur). The checkout will not accept other pincodes. If you live elsewhere, you can pay online and collect your order free from our store.

Delivery charges

• Delivery: ₹25 per order.
• Free delivery on orders of ₹499 or more (after discounts).
• Store pickup is always free.

When your order is dispatched

We start packing an order only after the online payment is confirmed. Orders are usually delivered within 1–2 working days of payment. If there is a delay (holidays, stock check, bad weather) we will tell you on WhatsApp.

Store pickup

We'll message you on WhatsApp when your order is ready. Please bring your order ID. Pickup address: Near Krishna Bhawan Hotel, Shah Inayath Masjid Complex, M G Road, Gauribidanur – 561208. Hours: 10:00 AM – 9:30 PM · All days.

Receiving your order

Please check the parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged or something is missing, tell us within 48 hours — see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
